We process orders within 24 hours everyday. We ship packages Monday through Saturday by 11:00 am EST and tracking,
information is always sent to the customer via e-mail.
All packages are ship via USPS as a First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the package.
We are not responsible for porch theft, addresses incorrectly entered by the customer,
or packages that go missing after their delivery is confirmed by the courier.
Returned packages will be charged a $4 fee plus the cost of postage to resend the package.
Packages that were shipped for free initially, will be charged the full cost to re-ship the package.
HeavenlyJewelsShop.com is not responsible for circumstances delaying your delivery outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster, covid-19 or severe winter storm, etc.
Also, delivery scans might be inaccurate which is an issue with the USPS, not our site.
